The room exceeded high expectations, it was neat and compact with a double bed, different cards, for example. The staff were all helpful, affable.

Close to the center, reasonable price, quiet room.
Parking a car cost money

This hotel is just not it! The repulsive smell from the shower was lovely, and a pair of socks left in my room spoke volumes about their 'cleaning'. Did they run out of complimentary gestures? Is that too much to ask for? I almost gave a good review, but. Let's be real, come on!

Centrally located, convenient access to public transport, secure underground parking
Towels and bedding could be fresher!!! Unpleasant smells in corridors could seriously diminish one's experience!!! Attention to detail in room cleaning definitely lacks!!!

Very good location 5 min walk from Central station, close to everything Clean, good size bath room, comfortable bed, 24/7 coffe and tea are available at breakfast area. Breakfast is best in Europe (selection and quality). Only one drawback is size of the room. It is tiny small.

The mattress. It was of what seems like a Scandinavian design, quite comfortable.
I arrived at the Antwerp central train station and I called the hotel from there asking if I could really reach it on foot as advertised. A lady said yes and gave me directions. They seemed clear but for the next 50 minutes I was walking here and there toting my suitcase trying to find this hotel. I telephoned the lady two more times during my frustrated criss-crossing the streets but her directions were turning more vague with every call. Eventually I walked all the way back to the train station and got a taxi to this hotel. Only to discover on arrival that its sign does NOT say “Mondo Eden' Hotel (which is what I booked) but “Sandtone” Hotel (in fact, I had walked past this hotel two times in the course of my searching for it). The lady who was giving me “directions” over the phone never deemed it necessary to inform me that her hotel’s name had been changed. Nor, apparently, does this hotel’s management see it necessary to update the hotel’s info on the web. This attitude of neglect pretty well summarizes this hotel’s mentality of service. Unless you’re desperate, stay away from this “hotel”. It’s no more than a comfortable mattress to sleep on.

1. The location is excellent- a quiet road, but easy transport links to Antwerp Airport and to the Railway Station and just off the main shopping areas. 2. Excellent breakfast 3. Excellent room- very large bed, plenty of hot water and very quiet - which is the first time ever !! 4. Very helpful and cheerful staff 5 Reasonable rates !
The tv service- very few English language stations, and not easy to tune.

Great location but needs upkeep
The location is excellent, just a short walk from the train station and close to shops. The air-conditioning worked well, and I enjoyed a clean bed for a restful night.
The breakfast was just average with a limited selection.

The rooms were nice but the internet was a major issues. When I brought it up to those at the front desk they said come to the lobby it works better there. I would not stay at this hotel again based on how I was dismissed!

The interior and accommodation in the room are excellent and very comfortable. The breakfast is very satisfactory; many kinds of bread, ham, cheese, vegetables, yogurt and coffee/tea/juices/hot chocolate. The gratuitous self-service of coffee/tea/hot chocolate is available anytime. Smoking is completely prohibited inside the place
The location is a little inconvenient; c.a. 8-minute walk from the station, no bus stop around there.

The location is very convenient, with easy access to shops and places to eat within walking distance. The bed was very comfy, and the parking facility underneath the hotel was a major plus, especially for those traveling by car. Check out times were relaxed, great to keep the parking spot until 2pm.

The beds were extremely comfortable not to mention huge! The complementary breakfast in the morning was wonderful and had a nice range of food to choose from especially Belgium Waffles!
The rooms were a little sparse and cold feeling. They could also use better lighting, but extremely comfortable overall.

the location, location, location - convenient to the CS and to the centre for shopping. Wonderful. Breakfast was good. Cleanliness was just fine.
WIFI - in the room access is just lip service. Confusing walk around the hotel to find the room.
